In order to pass Quality Assurance and get paid, Partners must submit and upload two final deliverables to VVR during the voucher redemption process: the Planning Services Completion Report and the Program Specific Customer Deliverable. Please note: in order to fulfill the Program Specific Customer Deliverable, you have the OPTION of either submitting:
1. The standard customer deliverable as outlined in the links above, or
2. The customer deliverable documentation presented to the customer by your organization at the end of the engagment
