SAVB Partner User Guide

There are two ways to access the SAVB Online Payment Tool:

          • Click on the SAVB hyperlink located in VVR to jump directly to SAVB (no additional log-in required)
          • Direct link:  https://channelincentives.microsoft.com  (you will be required to log in with your Windows Live ID associated with your organization)

Partners accessing SAVB for the first time only:

STEP 1:  To access SAVB, you must have Vouchers in “redeemed” status after January 1st, 2010 that have never been invoiced.

STEP 2: To access SAVB for the first time, go to https://channelincentives.microsoft.com/home.mvc/savb to register. You must be a Global Administrator in the Microsoft Partner Network in order to complete the initial registration process in the tool, then invite Users (Users must be associated to your organization in the Microsoft Partner Network). If you’ve been “invited” to SAVB after initial registration has been completed, you do not need to be a Global Admin to have access to SAVB. NOTE: Please update the status of your vouchers in VVR before attempting to access SAVB.

STEP 3: After registering in SAVB, you must WAIT 24-48 hours before validating your bank information and mapping your payment profile in SAVB to your organization’s locations. This waiting period will allow Microsoft the time necessary to create required vendor ID(s) in our automated payment system.

We received an unbelievable bang for our buck with the SDPS engagement. And this is a service that is out there that is essentially paid for; utilize it! I would tell anybody there is no better way."
