L&EDPS Exchange Online and Lync Online engagements include guidance and materials to support the following activities:
- Migration planning for Exchange and Lync Online
- Trial and migration assistance for Exchange Online and Lync Online.
- Active Directory health checks; infrastructure and
migration readiness
There is no separate Planning Services offering for engagements related to Office 365. If an engagement is focused primarily on an Exchange and/or Lync online implementation or migration OR infrastructure and platform readiness for such an implementation or migration, then partners should use the L&EDPS voucher type for the engagement and should be adequately trained to deliver such engagements.
