0	Customer completes and returns Project Scope and Customer Commitment and Pre-Engagement Questionnaire before Day 1.
1	Conduct Business Value Presentation and begin customer interviews.
2-3	Interview customer Subject Matter Experts.
4	Complete Deployment Plan Template.
5	Review findings and share Microsoft resources with customer. Submit final deliverables for payment to Microsoft.
